Terms of Services
Below are some general guideline and my terms of service before you order your commission. Make sure to follow the guidelines and proceed only after reading my term of services.TERMS OF SERVICES:✨ All prices are in USD✨ My prices fluctuate from time to time, and previous clients will have to adhere to changes of prices; especially when adding new outfits in VTuber commissions.✨ Please make sure all your files are ready (rigging) and character designs ready for me to start on your commission. I accept unfinished .psd and designs, however I will NOT start on your commission until everything is ready. Please make sure all the files are ready to be rigged if you expect me to start on your commission on the set deadline.✨ I will work two - three weeks for rigging and extra time for art+rig. My commissions are model by model basis, so please keep your .psd and character ready atleast three - two weeks before your debut date.✨ Payment are REQUIRED before the commission starts. I will not do any work when payment have not been made. Please do sent me a DM regarding Payment Installments prior to filling in the form. 50/50 installment are accepted, initial payment before work starts and final payment before delivery of the complete files.✨ This commission window starts when I notify that I have started on your model (model by model basis), not when your order has been accepted and paid. Live2D model art & rigging package might require more time.✨ Updates will be given periodically, please do let me know if you want to know the progress more. However, please do NOT rush and request for updates everyday or every two or three days as it will cause me more stress, resulting in unsatisfying product. My quality are reflected on the time.✨ If possible, please do reply as soon as possible on confirmation stages such as sketches, lineart and base color and final model art. This will ensure fast and efficient progress on your commission.✨ Refunds are NOT allowed after I had started working on your commission. If you have a valid reason, I can refund 70% and you may NOT use any work I sent to you unless I specifically allowed you to (ex: designs). However, refunds is ONLY valid during the sketching stage.✨ During initial sketch process, you may request for major changes. Additional major changes are not accepted after or near completion, and I have the rights to cancel your commission.✨ More than three major revisions will be charged. However, this is only valid in the sketch and base colors stages. Major changes (ex: changes in main design such as clothes or hair.) are NOT allowed.✨ Revisions are allowed, however please do give me artistic freedom. I work best with designs that are aesthetically pleasing for me, and usually works without lots of revisions leads to satisfied customers. Please keep my artstyle in mind before filling in the form.✨ You may request for minor rigging changes to finished product for 24 hours after I had sent the completed commission.✨ All my works are prohibited to be used as Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) products.✨ The commissioner must credit me as the mama/artist/rigging (@maygebee) under their twitter and Twitch/YouTube.✨ NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO TAKE MY TIME. I HAVE A PROBLEM, AND I WILL TAKE MY TIME ;;; Please be honest with me if you wanted the commission to finish as soon as possible.
Agreement
As the Artist, I:
🌟 have the rights to decline your commission request.
🌟 have the rights to showcase your model in my portfolio (maygebee.carrd.co) and any social media.
🌟 have the rights to stream my commission progress.
🌟 have the rights to charge for minor revisions that are made more than 3, and have the rights to cancel your commission without refunds if MAJOR revisions are persisted.
🌟 have the rights to cancel your commission if clients have break the ToS multiple times, and will be blacklisted from future commission.
🌟 have the rights to cancel your commission should you be disrespectful and rude, even towards anyone else as I do not entertain clients who have no decency towards everyone else.
🌟 am not hold accountable for any similarities in any designs that are provided to me.As the Client, I:
🌟 should provide credit the artist as the mama (art and/or rigger)
🌟 should NOT redistribute the model files
🌟 should NOT be using the model as any part of blockchain related industry such as cryptocurrency, NFT, etc
🌟 should inform the Artist if they are planning to have their 2.0 model done by other artist
🌟 should NOT use any sketches and designs made prior to payment unless given permission by Artist
🌟 should NOT use designs and sketches made by Artist if refunds are given
🌟 am NOT allowed to have the Artist keep the final product private and post anywhere.
🌟 should be held accountable for similarities on any design provided to the artist.
By ordering a commission from me, you automatically agree to my Terms and Services. Repeated violation of agreements will be blacklisted without any warning.
